- Teachers making 100% of positive phone calls for students under 90% attendance (as assigned by the multidisciplinary team of Behavioral Health and Wellness staff).
  
  Also, procedures being followed based on protocols developed.(e.g., supportive calls from members of the Behavioral Health and Wellness Team, student surveys, family resources determined and acquired).

Work with Research and Evaluation Specialist to learn how to run the best reports for attendance.

Strategic Plan Goal Area 2: Foundations of Success

Strategic Plan Outcome: Each student demonstrates proficiency on language and literacy targets by the end of third grade.
Strategic Plan Measure: % of students proficient on the state Language Arts asssessmennt in 3rd grade.
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):

By June 14, 2024 (final day of the state testing window), at least 80% of students in 3rd grade will meet or exceed proficiency on the state English Language Arts Assessment. Last year we had 67% meeting or exceeding.

Action:

Purchase materials to support instruction (UFLI or other district approved, research-based interventions or instructional materials)
Timeline: By October 31, 2023

Determine which students in 3rd-5th can benefit from Lexia Core 5 as a reading intervention and obtain the licenses.
